We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage outbound calling, lead generation, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled in building relationships, and capable of driving sales through proactive outreach and seamless collaboration with internal teams.- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services and generate leads - Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert prospects into customers - Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools - Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, support) to ensure smooth execution of sales processes - Schedule meetings, or site visits as required.- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline status - Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets---- 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - High level of initiative and self-motivation - Positive attitude and resilience under pressure - Quick learner with a customer-first mindset - Team player with a collaborative spirit
