Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. 6. Serving as a liaison with the area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations. Internship period- 60 days Stipend offered- 7000+ incentives ( target based) PERFORMANCE EVALUATION 1.An intern need to hire 35-40 candidates in total during his/her internship. 2.The performance of the intern will be evaluated the basis of active candidate. on 3. Interns performing below the belt (i.e. 35-40%) will only get rewarded with internship certificate, stipend will be offered on the basis of number of hiring
