We are looking for a dedicated Pharma Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for promoting healthcare products.Key Responsibilities:- **Promote Pharmaceutical Products**: Actively engage with healthcare professionals to introduce and promote our range of pharmaceutical products.- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities to ensure product visibility.- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and plans.- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for product development.- **Client Training and Support**: Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and usage of products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to recommend them to patients.- **Report Generation**: Prepare and submit sales reports regularly to track progress and inform management about market conditions and sales performance.Required Skills and Expectations:- Candidates should possess a bachelors degree in B.A or B.Com.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with various stakeholders.- A good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations is preferred.- Strong persuasive ability and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and market trends.- Must have a reliable mode of transport for visiting potential and existing clients across the region.
