The Inbound Telesales Executive will handle incoming calls from prospective customers, provide product information, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: Product - Holiday Packages sale. Answer inbound calls from potential customers and address their inquiries. Provide product information and pricing details to interested callers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Process orders and complete sales transactions accurately. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (BPO /sales) Candidate should be either undergraduate / graduate Clear and strong verbal communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.Performance Expectations: Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion rates as set by the company.
