-Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.-Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.-Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.-Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.-Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement-Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.-Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses-Monitor sales objectives and results-Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses-Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

Sales Responsibility Including Lead Generation, Tele - Calling, Follow Ups, Sales Events, Site Visits.Salary & Incentives variables depending on candidates & experience.Experience in Real Estate Preferred.Job Type: Full-time
