Ltd.Location-IndoreQualification required-GraduationExperience required-Minimum 1 year as front desk executive.Salary Offered-15k to 20k per monthGood English and Hindi Communication skills are required.Job responsibilities-1.Outcalling- Making 100 calls per day.(script will be provided)2.Lead Generation from online/offline sources-20 leads per day.3.Must have MS-Office working knowledge.4.Maintaining Inward-outward of parcels.5.Manage pantry requirements in the office.6.Manage stationery requirements in the office.7.Attending guests and visitors coming to the office.8.Making travel arrangements for employees/visitors.9. Maintaining professional appearance and ensuring a clean reception area.10.Managing basic daily admin responsibilities.

*Key Responsibilities:*- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers.- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries.- Achieving daily call targets of 50-100 calls.- Following up on leads and maintaining customer databases.- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.*Required Candidate Profile:*- Excellent Communication Skills.- Ability to work during office hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.- Willingness to make 50-100 calls daily.- Comfortable working with fresh leads.- Ability to adapt and engage customers at various inquiry levels.
