Tellecaller Fresher

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers.

- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries.

- Achieving daily call targets of 50-100 calls.

- Following up on leads and maintaining customer databases.

- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.

*Required Candidate Profile:*

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Ability to work during office hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.

- Willingness to make 50-100 calls daily.

- Comfortable working with fresh leads.

- Ability to adapt and engage customers at various inquiry levels.
