As a Hotel Steward in Rewari, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include the following:- **Table Setup**: Prepare dining areas by setting up tables with utensils and tableware to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.- **Guest Service**: Attend to guests needs promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.- **Order Taking**: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring clear communication to prevent errors.- **Food and Beverage Serving**: Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.- **Cleanliness Maintenance**: Keep dining areas clean and organized during and after service, following hygiene and safety standards.- **Collaboration with Team**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.- **Handling Payments**: Process bills and payments accurately, providing guests with receipts and any necessary documentation.For this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food service. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to provide outstanding customer service. Being detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
