Job description:Tele-CounselorLocation: UpGrad Learning Centre AhmedabadReporting to: Centre HeadType: Full-time, On-siteJoining - ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven, and highly presentable Counselor to join our UpGrad Learning Centre in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the right programs offered by UpGrad.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective learners through calls, walk-ins, and online sessions about suitable programs.Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with learners.Represent the centre during student visits, info sessions, and events.Maintain accurate data and reports using CRM tools.Deliver a professional and positive learner experience at every stage.RequirementsEducation: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 0 - 5 years in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles; prior counselling experience preferred.Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati, English, and Hindi.Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong persuasion and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-driven and target-oriented mindsetProfessional grooming and customer service orientationComfort with technology and CRM toolsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with one of Indias most reputed higher education brands.Attractive performance-linked incentives.Growth-oriented, dynamic, and learner-focused work culture.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
