Key Responsibilities:1. Manage billing process: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers for products or services rendered.2. Supervise billing team: Oversee a team of billing clerks to ensure they are efficiently processing invoices and resolving any billing discrepancies.3. Monitor accounts receivable: Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers to collect payments, and resolve any billing issues.4. Analyze billing data: Review billing reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement in the billing process.5.
