Key Responsibilities :1. Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets2. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with individual donors, corporates, CSR partners, institutions, and philanthropic networks3. Write compelling proposals, donor communication, and impact reports4. Plan and manage fundraising campaigns, donor drives, events, and online initiatives5. Collaborate with program and communications teams to create donor-aligned campaigns6. Maintain a donor database and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals7. Track and report fundraising KPIs regularly to leadership8. Represent the foundation at meetings, networking events, and external forumsRequired Skills & Qualifications :1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field15 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or business development (preferably in the NGO or education sector)2. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills4. Strategic thinker with a result-driven mindset5. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools6. Fluent in English, Hindi.

As a Campaign Ambassador at Unessa Foundation, you will support our outreach efforts by helping spread awareness and contributing to ongoing fundraising activities through your personal and social networks. You will receive guidance on how to represent the cause effectively and will get the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven campaign.
