The perfect fit for this position is a driven individual who possesses a passion for architecture and design, capable of steering projects from conceptualisation through to construction oversight.Responsibilities:- Conceptualise and develop design plans, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates- Execute construction-related tasks such as reviewing shop drawings, addressing requests for information, conducting site observations, and occasional specialised structural inspections- Foster collaboration with fellow architects, designers, and building contractors to ensure seamless project executionQualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture or a related field- Proficient written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
