Design Architect

The perfect fit for this position is a driven individual who possesses a passion for architecture and design, capable of steering projects from conceptualisation through to construction oversight.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise and develop design plans, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

- Execute construction-related tasks such as reviewing shop drawings, addressing requests for information, conducting site observations, and occasional specialised structural inspections

- Foster collaboration with fellow architects, designers, and building contractors to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture or a related field

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
