Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle Work closely with Department heads to understand their manpower requirements Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy. Manage respective candidate pools. Screening the candidates through preliminary interviews. Conduct background checks. Conduct end to end boarding and induction formalities Understand and convey the company policies to the new joiners Execute the joining formalities including offer letters, appointment letters, sitting arrangements, etc. Handle employee grievances and employee counselling Ideate, plan, and execute employee engagement activities Maintain HR MIS Conduct Exit formalities
