Key responsibilities:1. Maintain financial records using Tally Software: The account executive will be responsible for recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using Tally Software.2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports: Ensuring that all financial reports are accurate, up-to-date, and are in compliance with all regulations and laws.3. Reconcile bank statements and financial data: Comparing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and identifying any discrepancies that need to be resolved.4. Process invoices, bills, and expenses: Handling all invoices, bills, and expenses, and ensuring that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.5. Assist with audits and other financial assessments: Providing support during audits and other financial assessments by preparing necessary documentation and reports.Required skills and expectations:1. Proficiency in Tally Software: The account executive must have a strong understanding of Tally Software and should be able to efficiently use it for financial record-keeping.2. Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in accounting, and the account executive must have a keen eye for detail to avoid errors in financial records.3.
