Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial records using Tally Software: The account executive will be responsible for recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using Tally Software.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports: Ensuring that all financial reports are accurate, up-to-date, and are in compliance with all regulations and laws.
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial data: Comparing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and identifying any discrepancies that need to be resolved.
4. Process invoices, bills, and expenses: Handling all invoices, bills, and expenses, and ensuring that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Assist with audits and other financial assessments: Providing support during audits and other financial assessments by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
