Conducting site assessments and surveys to determine the appropriate installation approach for various systems and other fall protection equipment. Installing and assembling various systems related fall protection equipment in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines. Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions. Determining if additional assistance is required. Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure that installations are completed on time and according to specifications. Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of installed equipment to ensure ongoing safety and compliance. Providing on-site training and support to end users on the proper use and maintenance of fall protection equipment. Documenting installation activities and providing detailed reports as needed. Ability to climb ladders (No height phobia). Ability to crouch, kneel & work in confined areas for extended periods. Cleaning up after the job is complete.

Design Creation: Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed designs as per Specifications and requirements. Sales Quotations: Prepare and manage sales quotations in line with company pricing strategies and customer needs. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their design requirements and provide technical guidance during the sales process. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless transition from design to project commencement. Sales Support: Provide sales support by addressing technical queries and offering product and design recommendations to clients.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify potential clients and establish strong business relationships. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings to maintain and develop relationships with distributors, resellers and agents Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients. Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms and conditions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns. Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Identify existing customers with high growth potential and create a roadmap for their further development Identify new business opportunities and complete sales planning schedule Utilise strategies to win new business on a continuous and consistent basis Engage in consultative selling by identifying customers needs and provide a solution to meet those needs. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Ensure effective after meeting follow up to close sales Build quality business relationships with new and existing accounts. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
