Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage office administration, including maintenance, supplies, and utilities. Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, invoices, and payments. Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration. Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, taxes, and benefits. Reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
