Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Architect cum Interior Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute high-end interior projects with a deep understanding of architectural principles. The ideal candidate should be able to blend aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that every space reflects luxury, innovation, and client aspirations.Key Responsibilities: Design & Concept Development:Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts based on client needs and project objectives.Create mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and CAD drawings for visualization and presentation.Research and incorporate global trends, materials, and sustainable practices in design.Ensure that all designs align with U&I Interiors signature luxury aesthetic.Project Planning & Execution:Prepare detailed architectural and interior layouts, working drawings, and material specifications.Coordinate with the in-house execution team, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation.Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.Optimize space planning, lighting, and material selection for an enhanced user experience.Client Interaction & Coordination:Lead client meetings, presentations, and design approvals, ensuring clear communication of ideas.Understand client preferences and lifestyles to deliver customized interior solutions.Address and resolve design-related queries throughout the project lifecycle.Vendor & Material Management:Source and finalize materials, furnishings, and decor while managing vendor negotiations.Stay updated on the latest high-end materials, finishes, and furniture trends.Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and artisans for seamless execution.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture / Interior Design from a reputed institution.Experience: Minimum 1+ years in high-end residential interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.ResponsibilitiesManaging projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.Represent company in all project meetings.Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.Quality control of work done at site.Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.Close out and hand over project.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time
