Responsible for Account Management for the e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Bigbasket , Firstcry ,TATA 1MG 1mg, Pharmeasy etc. The accounts will be bothexisting and new ones Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships with stakeholders toachieve the targeted sales revenue Align and execute promotions as per Ecommerce strategy and overall business plan TOT negotiation with new accounts Onboarding New potential customer to increase Revenue in business Listing of new products across Ecommerce portals (Cataloguing) Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implementaction plans Collaborate with Marketing team to create compelling online product listings (Including:Product images, descriptions, features, and item specifications) to build healthycatalogue. Main Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts in accordance with company strategy. Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with businessstrategies and achieving given sales targets. Support account managers and sales representatives to ensure client satisfactionand track achievement of sales targets. Communicate with clients to resolve issues and inquiries. Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness. Use client feedback to improve customer experience. Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements. Identify and approach potential clients. Ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and thesales team. Building and maintaining good relationships with accounts. Attend regular business meetings with clients. Oversee completion of administrative work. Responsible for creating sales policy in the new modern trade channel. Developing and increasing sales and profit of all companys brands (Bella, Happy,Seni etc.). Maintaining settlement and documentation of debit notes, reconciliation withaccounts and ensuring timely collection of money. Preparing regular promo offers along with key account managers and overseeingits smooth implementation. Performing assigned duties related to the organization of sales activities and otheractivities aimed at increasing sales and profit. Checking the validity of the complaint pricing, requests and corrections, etc. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department and accounts team toensure proper documentation of activities and costs. Complete any other tasks assigned by the management in an efficient and timelymanner.
