Qualification: - bachelors degree in science or equivalent Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field (preferably chemical industry)Responsibilities: -- Responsible for the sales objectives by promoting and selling products. - Responsible for developing partnerships with customers, maximizing opportunities in existing and new markets, and managing the needs of customers.- Responsible for customer account management to achieve sales.- Work with customers through proper coordination of orders and deliveries.- Assisting customers with any technical support by coordinating with cross functional teams.- Maintain and carry out data collection and analysis of reports in order to support management's decision-making.- Accounts Payables follow-up.- Visiting customers, receiving their enquiries & proposing the correct product and follow up on quotations.- Liaising with the SCM and production departments for the material deliveries and stock availability.- Report on customer complaints.
