Qualification: - bachelors degree in science or equivalent
Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field (preferably chemical industry)
- Responsible for the sales objectives by promoting and selling products.
- Responsible for developing partnerships with customers, maximizing opportunities in existing and new markets, and managing the needs of customers.
- Responsible for customer account management to achieve sales.
- Work with customers through proper coordination of orders and deliveries.
- Assisting customers with any technical support by coordinating with cross functional teams.
- Maintain and carry out data collection and analysis of reports in order to support management's decision-making.
- Accounts Payables follow-up.
- Visiting customers, receiving their enquiries & proposing the correct product and follow up on quotations.
- Liaising with the SCM and production departments for the material deliveries and stock availability.
- Report on customer complaints.
