• qualification: - bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent
• experience- minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field (preferably chemical industry)
responsibilities: -
- responsible for the sales objectives by promoting and selling products.
- responsible for developing partnerships with customers, maximizing opportunities in existing and new markets, and managing the needs of customers.
- responsible for customer account management to achieve sales.
- work with customers through proper coordination of orders and deliveries.
- assisting customers with any technical support by coordinating with cross functional teams.
- maintain and carry out data collection and analysis of reports in order to support management's decision-making.
- accounts payables follow-up.
- visiting customers, receiving their enquiries & proposing the correct product and follow up on quotations.
- liaising with the scm and production departments for the material deliveries and stock availability.
- report on customer complaints.
