Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Goal-oriented attitude and willingness to grow within the organization.Salary & Benefits:16,000 18,000 per month (2.4 LPA) + Incentives up to 60,000.Uniform salary for both metro and non-metro areas.Growth Path: After 6 months: Eligible for promotion to Officer Grade 2 17,500/month (Assistant Manager Sales).
