key responsibilities:

• meet 10 to 15 customers daily and open a minimum of 1 account per day.

• ensure timely collection and submission of kyc and educational documents.

• engage with customers effectively and explain banking products and services.

• maintain proper grooming standards and demonstrate a learning mindset.

qualifications:

• any ug/pg graduate – final year students eligible.

• candidates with experience can apply; however, no salary negotiation will be entertained.

• must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

skills required:

• basic communication skills in english and the local language.

• strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• basic knowledge of banking products and services.

• goal-oriented attitude and willingness to grow within the organization.

salary & benefits:

₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month ( lpa) + incentives up to ₹60,000.

uniform salary for both metro and non-metro areas.

growth path:

• after 6 months: eligible for promotion to officer grade 2 – ₹17,500/month (assistant manager sales).

• after 2 years: eligible for internal job posting (ijp) opportunities.

selection process:

level 1: briefing session – role overview, salary, growth, etc.

level 2: online assessment

level 3: personal interview
