**Primary Skill Requirements:**- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Management.- Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Jira, Basecamp, and Trello.- Ability to draft detailed Project Requirement Documentation and Developer Requirements.- Technical expertise in software design, delivery flows, and technology research.- Experience collaborating with designers on Wireframes, software diagrams, and proficient usage of Whimsical, Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe XD.- Familiarity with QA and Testing Documentations.- Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure, including AWS and GCP.- Fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies like CSS/HTML and MERN stack.**Job Responsibilities:**- Facilitate the coordination of meetings among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scheduling cutover dates for seamless project execution.- Initiate and manage change requests in alignment with project requirements and objectives.- Collaborate closely with architects to identify and overcome migration plan roadblocks, ensuring a smooth transition process.- Serve as a liaison between the client, Tech Lead/Solution Architect, and assigned developers, fostering clear communication and alignment.- Obtain necessary approvals from security, business, and IT stakeholders to ensure project compliance and adherence to regulations.- Lead and oversee project management activities, emphasizing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT principles and industry best practices, contributing to project success through informed decision-making.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, utilizing appropriate tags and updates to facilitate streamlined communication.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. ** IMMEDIATE JOINEE ONLY **Candidate Attributes: Hands-on experience in developing API, Microservices using .net core Experience in full-stack .net core development Should have experience in design patterns and frameworks Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Develop quality software and web applications Analyze and maintain existing software applications Design highly scalable, testable code Discover and fix programming bugs Project planning using JIRA or similar toolsTech StackAsp.Net Core 3+, C#, ASP.NET4/4.5, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core 3/3.1 MVCEntity Framework Core, Jquery, Bootstrap, SQL Stored Procedures. Familiarity with AWS and IIS preferred. Working knowledge of Git. Web API & Unit Testing (Nunit or XUnit).
