**primary skill requirements:**

- minimum of 3 years of experience in production management.

- proficiency in project management software such as jira, basecamp, and trello.

- ability to draft detailed project requirement documentation and developer requirements.

- technical expertise in software design, delivery flows, and technology research.

- experience collaborating with designers on wireframes, software diagrams, and proficient usage of whimsical, figma, zeplin, and adobe xd.

- familiarity with qa and testing documentations.

- basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, including aws and gcp.

- fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies like css/html and mern stack.

**job responsibilities:**

- facilitate the coordination of meetings among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scheduling cutover dates for seamless project execution.

- initiate and manage change requests in alignment with project requirements and objectives.

- collaborate closely with architects to identify and overcome migration plan roadblocks, ensuring a smooth transition process.

- serve as a liaison between the client, tech lead/solution architect, and assigned developers, fostering clear communication and alignment.

- obtain necessary approvals from security, business, and it stakeholders to ensure project compliance and adherence to regulations.

- lead and oversee project management activities, emphasizing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.

- demonstrate a solid understanding of it principles and industry best practices, contributing to project success through informed decision-making.

- maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, utilizing appropriate tags and updates to facilitate streamlined communication.
