Responsibilities Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finishQualifications Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience At least 1 - 2 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Mini 06 month of experience required in Real Estate industry. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers. New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month. Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business. Maintain and update identified customers opportunities on support systems. Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customers business. To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Provide information on prices, location, amenities, benefits and all sales questions. Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action. Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.
