This is a full-time onsite Internship role ideal for freshers looking to begin their career in client service, and seeking to enhance their expertise in the travel and tourism industry.The selected candidates will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.Roles & Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Query HandlingServe as the primary point of contact for client via phone calls, emails, chat, and messaging platformsRespond to client inquiries promptly and professionallyProvide detailed and accurate information about travel packages, services, pricing, and policiesMaintain high standards of communication and service etiquette2. Booking Assistance & CoordinationAssist clients throughout the booking and confirmation processCoordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts) for booking confirmations and updatesVerify and maintain accurate client information and documentationSupport client with itinerary explanations and travel-related assistance3. Issue Resolution & Complaint ManagementIdentify client concerns and offer appropriate solutions in accordance with company policiesEscalate complex cases to senior team members when requiredConduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution and client satisfactionMaintain proper documentation of complaints and resolutions4. Customer Relationship & Service QualityDeliver consistent, high-quality client serviceBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsEnsure a positive brand image in all client interactionsMeet service standards, response timelines, and performance metrics5.Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databasesPrepare daily reports of client interactions and service activitiesEnsure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times6.
