About the Role
Tripy Package is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team at our Noida Sector 2 office. This is a full-time onsite Internship role ideal for freshers looking to begin their career in client service, and seeking to enhance their expertise in the travel and tourism industry.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing client interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Query Handling
Serve as the primary point of contact for client via phone calls, emails, chat, and messaging platforms
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide detailed and accurate information about travel packages, services, pricing, and policies
Maintain high standards of communication and service etiquette
2. Booking Assistance & Coordination
Assist clients throughout the booking and confirmation process
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounts) for booking confirmations and updates
Verify and maintain accurate client information and documentation
Support client with itinerary explanations and travel-related assistance
3. Issue Resolution & Complaint Management
Identify client concerns and offer appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies
Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution and client satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of complaints and resolutions
4. Customer Relationship & Service Quality
Deliver consistent, high-quality client service
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure a positive brand image in all client interactions
Meet service standards, response timelines, and performance metrics
Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
Prepare daily reports of client interactions and service activities
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
6. Process Compliance & Team Collaboration
Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines
Participate in internal training sessions and performance reviews
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Contribute to process improvements and service enhancement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational background in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality Management (Mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional attitude and Client-oriented approach
