You will be the front-line voice of TravPlan, responsible for attracting new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing travel deals. You'll work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless travel experiences and exceed sales targets.Client Engagement & Needs AssessmentConnect with clients via calls, emails, and meetings; understand their travel preferences to offer tailored solutions Package Presentation & SalesRecommend and close deals on travel packagesflights, hotels, tours, insurancewhile consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsBooking & Reservation ExecutionManage end-to-end booking processes accurately, using GDS/CRMs (like Sabre, Amadeus) and keeping detailed customer and reservation recordsProblem Resolution & Follow-UpHandle any issuescancellations or itinerary changeswith professionalism; follow up post-booking to ensure client satisfaction and promote loyalty Industry Awareness & ReportingStay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and competitor offers; regularly report sales performance and customer feedback to the team
