You will be the front-line voice of TravPlan, responsible for attracting new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing travel deals. You'll work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless travel experiences and exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
Connect with clients via calls, emails, and meetings; understand their travel preferences to offer tailored solutions
Package Presentation & Sales
Recommend and close deals on travel packagesflights, hotels, tours, insurancewhile consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Booking & Reservation Execution
Manage end-to-end booking processes accurately, using GDS/CRMs (like Sabre, Amadeus) and keeping detailed customer and reservation records
Problem Resolution & Follow-Up
Handle any issuescancellations or itinerary changeswith professionalism; follow up post-booking to ensure client satisfaction and promote loyalty
Industry Awareness & Reporting
Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and competitor offers; regularly report sales performance and customer feedback to the team
