Our firm is looking out for a Telemarketer (Telecaller) to join our sales team. The candidate will be required to call and connect with our current and potential clients on a daily basis for explaining and selling our travel products. Skills : Were looking for a polite, highly motivated professional with good communication and marketing skills to project our companys image and products in the most impressive manner. Requirements are as below : Any Graduate Minimum 2 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred) 2+ years experience telemarketing a plus Excellent phone manner and articulation Results-driven and willing to work under pressureRoles and Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Prime responsibility of the Candidate will be to generate leads over the phone and then passing on the leads to the sales/ operations team. Queries Solving : Candidate will also be responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. Relationship Building : Candidate will discuss and collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. Market Research : Candidate shall conduct market research to generate more authentic data Database Management : Candidate will use existing database in a responsible manner as well as collect database from various sources and keep all the databases in an organised manner Reporting : Candidate will maintain all client communication records by working on clients requirements, remarks and feedbacks Analysis : Candidate will conduct weekly analysis of the database to analyse market for understanding demand of travel products.
