our firm is looking out for a telemarketer (telecaller) to join our sales team. the candidate will be required to call and connect with our current and potential clients on a daily basis for explaining and selling our travel products.

skills : we’re looking for a polite, highly motivated professional with good communication and marketing skills to project our company’s image and products in the most impressive manner. requirements are as below :

• any graduate

• minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

• 2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus

• excellent phone manner and articulation

• results-driven and willing to work under pressure

roles and responsibilities :

• lead generation : prime responsibility of the candidate will be to generate leads over the phone and then passing on the leads to the sales/ operations team.

• queries solving : candidate will also be responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

• relationship building : candidate will discuss and collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

• market research : candidate shall conduct market research to generate more authentic data

• database management : candidate will use existing database in a responsible manner as well as collect database from various sources and keep all the databases in an organised manner

• reporting : candidate will maintain all client communication records by working on client’s requirements, remarks and feedbacks

• analysis : candidate will conduct weekly analysis of the database to analyse market for understanding demand of travel products.
