This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager cum Dealer in Unlisted & Pre-IPO shares. The position is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Responsibilities include:1. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong client relationships.2. Market Research:- Stay updated on market trends and conduct thorough research on potential investments.3. Due Diligence:- Assess the financial health and risks of companies offering unlisted or Pre-IPO shares.4. Product Knowledge:- Possess in-depth knowledge of unlisted securities and Pre-IPO shares.5. Transaction Execution:- Facilitate smooth buying and selling of shares.6. Risk Management:- Manage and mitigate risks associated with investments.7. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.8. Communication:- Keep clients informed about market developments and regulatory changes, providing them with guidance regarding unlisted and Pre-IPO shares, executing trades on behalf of customers.9. Customer Education:- Conduct educational sessions to enhance client understanding.10. Networking:- Build a network of industry contacts.
