1. client relationship management:

3. due diligence:

- assess the financial health and risks of companies offering unlisted or pre-ipo shares.

4. product knowledge:

- facilitate smooth buying and selling of shares.

- manage and mitigate risks associated with investments.

7. compliance and regulatory adherence:

- ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

8. communication:

- keep clients informed about market developments and regulatory changes, providing them with guidance regarding unlisted and pre-ipo shares, executing trades on behalf of customers.

- conduct educational sessions to enhance client understanding.
