We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Solar Sales Representative to promote and sell solar energy solutions for the Australian market. This role offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding renewable energy business.You will be responsible for engaging with customers, closing solar sales, and supporting the end-to-end sales process while working closely with internal installation teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, qualify, and close solar sales leads for the Australian marketConduct customer consultations via phone/video callsExplain solar products, pricing, and benefits to customersPrepare and present solar proposals and quotationsFollow up with leads to achieve sales targetsCoordinate with installation teams for smooth order executionMaintain accurate sales records and customer dataIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesRequirementsExperience in solar sales or energy sales (preferred)Understanding of the Australian solar market is an advantageStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-oriented approachCompensation & BenefitsFixed salary + high commission structurePerformance-based incentives
