We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 1 to 5 years and will be responsible for creating metal structures and components using various welding techniques. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Weld Metal Components:** Use different welding methods, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal parts together securely.- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the parts to be welded.- **Inspect Welds:** Examine completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before moving to the next phase of production.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure it functions properly and safely.- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while working to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Proficiency in various welding techniques and methods is crucial. Strong attention to detail is necessary to produce high-quality work. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with supervisors and coworkers.
