Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Chef to join our team in the canteen. As a Canteen Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for cutting, chopping, preparing and cooking delicious and nutritious meals to serve our office staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This includes but is not limited to soups, snacks, salads, main courses, side dishes..2.Menu Planning: Collaborate with management to plan and create menus that offer a diverse range of options, catering to various dietary preferences and requirements while maintaining budgetary constraints.3.Quality Control: Maintain standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular checks to ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients.4.Time Management: Efficiently manage kitchen operations, coordinating the timing of food preparation to meal serving schedules and minimize wait times for 5.Team Leadership: Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance, support, and training to maintain a cohesive and productive team. Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.6.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment, loading and Unloading Kitchen Needs.
