We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The main responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data listExplain products/services in a clear and professional mannerAnswer customer questions and resolve doubtsMaintain call records and update customer details in the systemFollow up with leads and ensure conversionsMeet daily/weekly call and target goalsRequirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regionalConfidence and positive attitudePrior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)Ability to work from home (if applicable)Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Work From HomeSalary: Performance-based or fixed + incentives
