Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The main responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data list

Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner

Answer customer questions and resolve doubts

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system

Follow up with leads and ensure conversions

Meet daily/weekly call and target goals

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regional

Confidence and positive attitude

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work from home (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Work From Home

Salary: Performance-based or fixed + incentives
