- **Provide administrative support**: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence to ensure the smooth functioning of the executives day-to-day activities.- **Maintain files and records**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that important documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.- **Handle communication**: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.- **Assist in project management**: Support the executive in coordinating and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated effectively.- **Prepare reports and presentations**: Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other materials needed for meetings and presentations.- **Coordinate events**: Help plan and coordinate events such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.Required skills and expectations:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently handle administrative tasks and prepare reports.- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and external contacts professionally.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing records, scheduling, and communication.- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the executive and taking initiative to support their work.
