Responsibility: Coordination Production, RM Store and mixing Department. Responsibility for Machine and Die or Roll Setting. Handle the Process Problem and Machine Maintenance. Involved in new product development and other Equipment. Preparing standard process parameters of machines. Rejection control at production. Keeping recodes of Shift production. Kaizen and 5s implementation. Training to workers safety, 5s etc. (implementation). Safety guideline controlling. Troubleshooting (Processing, quality of FG). Job & Responsibilities Presenting the products and services to the customers. Responsible to Handle online portal like Amazon, Flipkart etc. Identifying the potential customers via cold calling. Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations. Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them. Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics. Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
