Extruder Operator

Responsibility:

• Coordination Production, RM Store and mixing Department.

• Responsibility for Machine and Die or Roll Setting.

• Handle the Process Problem and Machine Maintenance.

• Involved in new product development and other Equipment.

• Preparing standard process parameters of machines. Rejection control at production.

• Keeping recodes of Shift production.

• Kaizen and 5s implementation.

• Training to workers – safety, 5s etc. (implementation).

• Safety guideline controlling.

• Troubleshooting (Processing, quality of FG).

• Keep Plant and machine neat and clean.

Equipment & Instruments Handling.
