We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to support both employees and management with professionalism and confidentiality.

Operate CNC milling, engraving, or VMC machines to produce precision jewellery components and master patterns. Work under the guidance of a senior operator initially, with clear scope for independent operation as skills develop.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that parts are produced to precise specifications.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set up CNC Machines:** Prepare machines for operation by installing and adjusting tools and fixtures according to design specifications.- **Monitor Machine Operations:** Keep an eye on the CNC machines during production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.- **Inspect Finished Products:** Check the quality of finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards.- **Perform Routine Maintenance:** Regularly clean and maintain machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance and to prevent breakdowns.- **Read Technical Drawings:** Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring that the produced parts match the specifications.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with engineers and other team members to solve any production issues that arise during machine operations.Required skills and expectations include:- **Technical Knowledge:** A basic understanding of CNC machinery and operation is essential. Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant training.- **Attention to Detail:** Strong focus on precision and accuracy to avoid errors in production.- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machines and operations.- **Team Player:** Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.- **Physical Stamina:** Willingness to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when necessary. Candidates should be male and possess an I.T.I. qualification. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will be beneficial in this role.
