Hiring Fresher / CNC Machine Operator / I.T.I.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that parts are produced to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC Machines: Prepare machines for operation by installing and adjusting tools and fixtures according to design specifications.

- Monitor Machine Operations: Keep an eye on the CNC machines during production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.

- Inspect Finished Products: Check the quality of finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards.

- Perform Routine Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance and to prevent breakdowns.

- Read Technical Drawings: Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring that the produced parts match the specifications.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with engineers and other team members to solve any production issues that arise during machine operations.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of CNC machinery and operation is essential. Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant training.
