Gustav Theis Kaltwalzwerke GmbH, Germany. Tata Group, founded in 1868, is one of Indias most successful companies, with origins in a private trading venture by Jamshedji Nusserwanji Tata. Friedr. Gustav Theis Kaltwalzwerke GmbH is a leading provider of engineered steels tailored to meet customer requirements. Theis was founded in 1910 and belongs ever since to the same family. It is an exciting acquisition as both companies have a long tradition of core values and innovation. Throughout their long history the companies have adhered with tenacity to the strategy of their founding fathers. In 2023, Theis was acquired by Gurukrupa Group and BDK Valve and in 2024, was rebranded to Thiese.
