Responsibilities :Create hiring strategies that can take care of all recruiting needs with a focus on Retail recruitment and own end-end recruitment for all the roles.Build a seamless recruiting experience for candidates & hiring managers alike.Partner and consult stakeholders to help solve their hiring needs.Provide analytical and well documented and consumable recruiting reports.Build a good university relations program and drive campus placements.Be an advocate of DEI, bringing thought leadership to improve associated talent acquisition strategies & support an inclusive environment.Build a social media plan to help improve branding and candidate reach via, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.Create a sourcing plan with varied mix like Job sites, Social Media Networks, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow and employee referrals, etc.Plan to proactively create strong talent pipeline and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the manpower plan and/or projection.Manage local RPO and/or other vendor relationships as needed.Own recruitment for senior roles - Source qualified candidates, screen and schedule interviews with hiring managers as per defined SLAs.Offer excellent candidate experience.Work with the onboarding teams to onboard the candidates successfully.Manage, mentor & develop a team of talented technical recruiters and sources.Design and execute employment branding strategy; participate in job fairs and industry conferences.Who you are :Talent Acquisition experience of 0 to 1+ years.Prior experience in Manpower hiring is a must.Experience building & executing recruiting programs, such as employer branding strategies, interview programs, campus, etc.Should have experience sourcing using various channels,Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From 10000 per monthMonday to Saturday
