The Draft is a registered caf and bakery in Raghunathganj, Murshidabad, West Bengal, founded in April 2023 by proprietor Imran Hossain. We manufacture and sell bread, cakes, pastries and biscuits, and also run a restaurant and hotel service, along with beverages and ready-to-eat savouries. The business is fully compliant: Udyam (Micro), GST, FSSAI, Gram Panchayat trade licence and ISO 9001:2015 certification, and our trademark application for THE DRAFT is filed. With a team of ten, we grew turnover from ?7 lakh to ?18 lakh in two years, backed by a strong local customer base. Growth plans: expand our product range, scale up bakery production, add wholesale supply to nearby shops and cafs, build online ordering and delivery, and open additional outlets across Murshidabad. Our certified quality systems and registered brand give us a solid base to grow into a trusted regional bakery brand.
