Food best describes a culture & different cultures comes together on streets, that is the reason most authentic flavours are found on streets.
Myself, Ravi Kumar and my brother, Ashu Kumar, have been big fan of American food & its fusion with Indian taste, that create a unique blend of taste & culture on our streets.

Though through early 2000s, this kind of food was gaining popularity still there was a sense of hesitation at large due to hygiene reasons. This is where we found the opportunity.
