Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Handle Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers. Promote Products/Services: Explain Financial Services features, current promotions, and company services to generate interest and encourage purchases. Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients to generate sales leads and follow up on existing prospects. Schedule Appointments: Arrange appointments for potential customers. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, update contact information, and maintain the CRM system. Achieve Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and sales. Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to ensure a smooth customer handover and aligned strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills along with any regional Languages. Patience and Professionalism: Ability to handle objections and rejections calmly and professionally. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications. Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, and customer service is often preferred, though some fresher roles exist.
